Yarn Bases and Info

Here are our current bases, their fibre content and yardage info.

Fingering -  100% 19.5 micron superwash merino. 3ply. 438 yards per 100g skein. 

Sock - 75% 19.5 micron superwash merino 25% nylon. 3ply 463 yards per 100g skein

DK - 100% superwash merino. 4ply. 231 yards per 100g skein. 

Mohair - 72% Kid Mohair 28% Silk. 1ply. 459 yards per 50g skein. 

Care Instructions:

While superwash yarns are technically washing machine safe, we advise handwashing in cold water with wool wash and laying flat to dry. This will preserve the yarn longer as well as preventing any dye bleed that may occur. We dye with acid dyes and set them accordingly, however its not uncommon for dye bleed to occur with the first wash especially with reds/pinks. 

Shipping:

Where applicable, we will ship USPS with tracking. Dyed to order yarns have a lead time of 3-4 weeks, however this may change depending on order load. Any order with a later ship date will be notified via email. Customer is responsible for any additional customs or VAT charges. 

Returns:

While we hope you love our yarn as much as we love it, we do understand that sometimes things just don't turn out as expected. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery with the yarn still in the hank and the label in place.
