This self-portrait by famous Dutch painter Judith Leyster is one of my favorites. I love the rich, deep colors of her dress and particularly her sleeve. In a time when art was almost exclusively dominated by men, her female perspective is a breath of fresh air.
Self Portrait is available on 100% Merino fingering, merino/nylon sock, DK and mohair.
